Booking and Rates

We are flexible on our changeover day. Entry is at 4pm, although we try to let you in earlier if possible (for example if we don't have a same-day turnaround) and we ask that you leave by 10am. This gives us the time needed to ensure the property is cleaned and we follow all Covid19 best practice. 

The property sleeps six people in three double bedrooms.  We can provide one travel cot if requested in advance and we welcome up to two well behaved dogs. 

Details of the rates and our availability are below in our Rate Card and Availability Calendar. Our rates are based on a full week and we will apply a discounted rate for a minimum 3 night stay. We ask for a 25% deposit at the time of booking and the balance is due 6 weeks before arrival, in addition to a £200 fully refundable security deposit.
